Shipping destinations and origin

We ship from China to destinations available at checkout. If your destination cannot be selected, email service@yumxe.com before ordering.

Shipping options and charges

• Standard Shipping: Free when your order total is USD $69.98 or more; USD $5.99 per order below USD $69.98.
• Express Shipping: USD $11.98 per order at every order value, including orders that qualify for free Standard Shipping.

The free Standard Shipping threshold applies to the combined order total, not to each item separately. Shipping charges do not count toward that threshold. Your available options and final charge are displayed before you confirm payment.

Preparation and delivery estimates

• Order preparation: Usually 1–3 business days after you place an order.
• Standard Shipping transit: Usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping is intended to be faster than Standard Shipping, but we do not publish a fixed transit window or guarantee an arrival date. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that affect processing or delivery. Shipping estimates may change due to destination, customs checks, local holidays, weather, or carrier disruption. If we cannot dispatch within the stated preparation period, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Import duties and VAT

Yumxe is responsible for applicable import duties and VAT on your order. If a carrier or customs agent asks you to pay an import duty or VAT charge before delivery, email service@yumxe.com so we can investigate and resolve it. Please keep any notice or receipt you receive.

Delivery problems

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, sent to the wrong address, or delivered damaged, email service@yumxe.com with your order number and details. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Check the delivery address entered at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction.
