Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of your question. If pieces are missing, damaged, or incorrect, tell us which set and pieces are affected. Photos or a parts-list reference can help us investigate but are not required to contact us.

We can help with order changes before dispatch, delivery problems, returns, exchanges, refunds, and privacy requests. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For a privacy request, email service@yumxe.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Please do not send payment card details or identity documents by ordinary email unless we first explain a secure verification method.
